Optimal Sport 1315, located at 1315 Walnut Street, is tailored to focus on your success with an expansive variety of equipment and classes. Have you heard of Center City Fit at Dilworth Park? Optimal Sport 1315 is CCD’s fitness partner for Center City Fit, presented by Rothman Orthopaedics Institute. This popular program is a great way for Center City residents, visitors, and workers of all fitness levels to stay active. Every Monday and Tuesday from 6-7pm at Dilworth Park, you can join a class for free!
Solidcore, located at 725 Chestnut Street is a 50-minute, full body strength training workout. Their classes are designed to make you stronger and more resilient – physically and mentally – whether this is your primary workout or a supplement to a regular training routine.
