Report any issues of concern that you encounter within our district boundaries. Issues not under CCD’s direct purview will be relayed to the appropriate city agency.
What does Center City District maintain?
CCD manages first-floor graffiti, sidewalk cleaning, banners, wayfinding signage, trees, and planters within our District boundaries.

Do you engage with unhoused people?
Yes. CCD has trained teams who engage six days a week with unsheltered people on Center City sidewalks. The teams provide compassionate outreach and connections to service providers suited to their individual needs.
How do I report issues to the City of Philadelphia?
Non-emergency requests for service should be directed to the city’s Philly311 contact center via phone or online. The 311 contact center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visit Philly311’s website.
