On September 28th, businesses in downtown Philadelphia will open their doors for a day of shopping, special promotions and VIP experiences for the second annual, Shop Center City Saturday. Shop Center City Saturday is an all-day event for shoppers to explore and discover all that Center City’s retail and dining scenes has to offer.
