FREE PARKING: In partnership with the Philadelphia Parking Authority, downtown shoppers will enjoy free on-street metered parking every Saturday beginning at 11:00 a.m. to midnight Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day. While shopping, patrons can also take advantage of Philadelphia’s zero sales tax on most wearable goods.
