With the opening of PREIT’s Fashion District of Philadelphia and National Real Estate Advisor’s mixed-used East Market development along with the must-visit Macy’s Center City, historic Lit Brothers Building and vibrant Dilworth Park, residents and visitors have their fill of shopping, dining and entertainment experiences found only in Center City.

Deck the Hall Light Show, November 25, 2019 - January 1, 2020
Deck the Hall Light Show presented by Independence Blue Cross dazzles Dilworth Park visitors every winter. In partnership with 6abc, the spectacle returns this season with nightly show times and a touch of holiday magic. Visitors can enjoy shows daily from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. on November 25, 2019 - January 1, 2020.

The Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market brings local designers, crafters and artisans to Dilworth Park for the winter season. Stop by for unique gifts, handmade trinkets and delicious treats. Snow Walk, December 6 – December 31
There is snow better way to get in the holiday spirit than East Market’s inaugural Snow Walk experience. Throughout the month of December, East Market will transform into a magical winter wonderland as hundreds of LED lights come together with a 35-foot tree to create a nightly synchronized light and snow show at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. Every Saturday evening in December, the Snow Walk will come to life with live entertainment, seasonal giveaways, an outdoor snow chalet and much more. In the Grand Court of the historic Wanamaker department store– now Macy’s – watch the stories of the Sugar Plum Fairy and Frosty the Snowman playout in a magnificent light show, narrated by Julie Andrews and topped off by a 40-foot-tall magic Christmas tree. Don’t miss this Philadelphia tradition of over 60 years! Showtimes run every two hours from 10AM – 8PM and are subject to change.

Meet Santa and tell him everything on your wish list. He’s only here until December 24, so see him before he leaves on his big journey! Through December 31, take a trip to Victorian England with Macy’s and witness A Christmas Carol, the classic tale by Charles Dickens, come to life before your very eyes. Santa is available through December 24, while Dickens Village will be open until December 31.
Retail 101 Tour, November 29 – December 31
Learn about Macy’s history, marketing concepts, merchandising and visual techniques and how Macy’s creates a unique experience through designer labels like Michael Kors and private brands like Maison Jules while walking through one of Philadelphia’s most famous landmarked buildings.
