PHILADELPHIA (August 25, 2022): Center City District continues to provide year-round activities in Dilworth Park as free arts and culture programming extends into the fall with support from PNC Bank. Returning events include Live @ Lunch presented by PNC, which begins on Wednesday, September 7 and continues every Wednesday and Thursday through October 13, and The Arts on Center Stage Encore, which will be hosted on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings from September 1 through September 14. Attendance is free for everyone.

Live @ Lunch presented by PNC will be headlined by local musicians every week from noon-1 p.m. near the shaded PNC Terrace. Office workers can enjoy some time outside before settling in to watch the shows with great views of the park’s dancing fountain and historic City Hall. Lunch options will be available at the Dilworth Park Café and the Air Grille Garden.

This season’s Live @ Lunch presented by PNC lineup was curated in partnership with the Women’s Coalition for Empowerment, a local nonprofit organization that works to improve financial support and access to employment for financially disadvantaged emerging artists, musicians, and performers.

“Autumn is fast approaching and an ideal time to participate in the arts as we celebrate the diversity of our community and the continuation of outdoor activities. There are few better ways to do that than through the Live @ Lunch presented by PNC performances at Dilworth Park. This is the perfect location to enjoy the cooler weather, while also supporting the city’s local artists and businesses. My PNC colleagues and I look forward to enjoying the season’s performances at Dilworth Park and all that Center City has to offer,” said Joe Meterchick, PNC Bank regional president for Philadelphia, Delaware and Southern New Jersey.
