ArtPhilly: What Now 2026

  • Basil Biggs | June 26-28 | 7 p.m. | The Basil Biggs workshop production traces the life of playwright, actor and professor, Anna Deavere Smith’s great, great, grandfather, a farmer, veterinarian and prominent Gettysburg figure.
  • Freedom Is | Through July 2 | Odili Donald Odita, prominent Nigerian-American and Philadelphia artist, showcases their new and permanent art installation, Freedom Is, which boasts sheer fabric banners suspended from the ceiling of Broad Street Love.
