The Center City District (CCD) is seeking to expand the number of local musicians/crafters our event producers engage to work at events in CCD Parks. We currently are not actively seeking talent for events but are accepting submissions from people interested in being considered for future performance/market opportunities. Request for Qualifications: Cret Park Food and Beverage Service Provider | August 2026
The Center City District (CCD) is conducting a two-stage procurement process to select an exclusive Food and Beverage (“F&B”) operator for the renovated Café Cret, located at the NW corner of 16th Street and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway within Cret Park (also referred to as Triangle Park), Philadelphia. Stage 1 is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) used to identify organizations that meet CCD’s minimum qualifications. Firms that qualify will be invited to submit a detailed proposal under Stage 2, a Request for Proposal (RFP).
To register your organization and receive this RFQ, please fill out the form below. All fields are required. After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to the RFQ. Only official registrants will be permitted to bid on this project.
RFQ package submissions are due by 3 p.m. EST, Friday, October 2, 2026, to Emrah Ulcay, Chief Operating Officer, Center City District at eulcay@centercityphila.org. Please see the RFQ for more details on the bidding process. The CCD reserves the sole right to disqualify late or incomplete submissions, and/or terminate this RFQ process without cause or reason.
