Are there rain dates?

These events are rain or shine. CCD reserves the right to cancel at any time in the event of severe weather. Follow us on Instagram for weather updates.

Are restrooms available?

Public restrooms will not be available.

How can I get around Open Streets?

Walnut Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on the 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700 and 1800 blocks. The cross streets will remain open at select intersections (15th Street, 16th Street, 17th Street, 19th Street and the 1700 and 1800 blocks of Sansom Street.) 18th Street will be closed from Locust to Sansom and Sansom to Chestnut streets.

The #9, #12, #21 and #42 will have a westbound detour, South on Broad Street > West on Spruce > North on 20th > reconnect on Walnut Westbound.

Are these events wheelchair accessible?

Yes, these events are wheelchair accessible.

Are bikes allowed?

Bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, skateboards, and similar devices must be walked through the Open Streets footprint to ensure pedestrian safety.

What food and beverages are available?

All food and beverage sales will take place at restaurants located within the boundaries of the event. There are no supplemental food or beverage vendors. Open containers of alcohol will not be sold and are strictly prohibited.

How can my business get involved?

Businesses along the pedestrianized route are permitted to expand onto the sidewalk; businesses beyond the Open Streets footprint are encouraged to offer in-store incentives, sales and events.
