PHILADELPHIA (July 13, 2026) — Center City District (CCD) announces the return of Let’s Do Lunch, a monthlong promotion encouraging workers to step out of the office at lunchtime to support restaurants in Center City.
From August 3 through August 28, participating restaurants will offer weekday lunch specials priced at $10, $15, or $20, making it easier than ever to enjoy a quality meal that fits every appetite and budget.
Whether meeting a client, catching up with coworkers, or taking a well-earned lunch break, the program makes exploring Center City’s diverse dining options both convenient and affordable. From grab-and-go cafés and casual eateries to full-service restaurants, Let’s Do Lunch is an ideal opportunity to skip the brown bag and discover a new favorite spot, while supporting local restaurants during one of summer’s slower stretches.
“Coming downtown means more than getting to your desk. It means running into someone you know, catching up over a meal, and building the relationships that make life and work better,” said Prema Katari Gupta, President & CEO of Center City District. “Let’s Do Lunch gives people a reason to step outside and discover one of Center City’s many great restaurants. It’s a simple way to support the businesses that make Center City such a rich and varied place to work, live, and visit.”
