Walnut Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on the 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700 and 1800 blocks. The cross streets will remain open at select intersections (15th Street, 16th Street, 17th Street, 19th Street and the 1700 and 1800 blocks of Sansom Street.) 18th Street will be closed from Locust to Sansom and Sansom to Chestnut streets.
The #9, #12, #21 and #42 will have a westbound detour, South on Broad Street > West on Spruce > North on 20th > reconnect on Walnut Westbound.

Bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, skateboards, and similar devices must be walked through the Open Streets footprint to ensure pedestrian safety.
All food and beverage sales will take place at restaurants located within the boundaries of the event. There are no supplemental food or beverage vendors. Open containers of alcohol will not be sold and are strictly prohibited.
Businesses along the pedestrianized route are permitted to expand onto the sidewalk; businesses beyond the Open Streets footprint are encouraged to offer in-store incentives, sales and events. Any businesses along the route that want to participate, or surrounding businesses that wish to submit their in-store plans, can contact Giavana Suraci Pruiti at shop@centercityphila.org to learn more.
