CCDF is approaching its fundraising goal for planting 200 new trees in the central business district during the next two years through its initiative, Plant Center City.

CCD welcomes the arrival of autumn with a full lineup of free-to-attend programs starting in September at parks and public spaces across Center City, including Dilworth Park’s 10th anniversary, a hay maze and events for office workers.

The Center City District released its 2025 Annual Report outlining the organization's impact. The report provides an overview of the CCD's operations and highlights its accomplishments.

The Center City District (CCD) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant of $3.5 million from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which should enable the CCD to begin construction this fall on the Viaduct Rail Park.
