Restaurant Week Cocktails

Try creating these great Jim Beam Black and Effen cocktails at home!

CCD Restaurant Week participants will offer cocktails featuring Jim Beam Black® Bourbon and EFFEN® Vodka. Use the recipes below to create these great cocktails at home!


  • 3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 2.5 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
  • 0.75 parts Sweet Vermouth
  • Cherry

Combine ingredients in 3 piece shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.


  • 2 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
  • 2-3 lemon wedges
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 part simple syrup
  • Splash of club soda (optional)

Drop the lemon wedges in a Double Old Fashioned glass and muddle to extract the juice.

Add the mint leaves and the simple syrup and muddle again.

Fill glass with ice and pour in the Jim Beam Black, stir to combine.

Splash with club soda if desired and garnish with a fresh mint spring.

  • 2 Parts EFFEN® Vodka
  • 5 Raspberries
  • ¼ Part Ginger Spice (Ground Ginger)
  • 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Part Simple Syrup
  • ¼ Part Cranberry Juice

Muddle raspberries with ginger and lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh raspberry, skewered.


A tasty concoction of your choice of fresh herbs...for when sweet just won’t do.

  • 2-3 Parts EFFEN® Vodka
  • Dash of Dry Vermouth
  • Choice of fresh savory herbs: Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon, Basil or Sage

In a mixing glass muddle the selected herbs with the vermouth, add EFFEN® and shake with ice. Then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive that has been speared with a sprig of herb (Thyme or Rosemary) or wrap a leaf of herb around olive and spear with cocktail pick.


A splash of pineapple, and you’ll wonder how you ever had a martini without it.

  • 1 Part EFFEN® Vodka
  • 1 Part Champagne
  • 1 Part Pineapple Juice

Mix all ingredients well with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.
