Jim Beam® Black

Pineapple Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Jim Beam ® Black 
  • 3/4 parts Pineapple Juice 
  • 3/4 parts Lemon Juice 
  • 3/4 parts Simple Syrup 
  • Cherry, for garnish 
     

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a shaker and strain over ice.

Serve in a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a cherry.

Roku® Gin

Matsuri Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Roku ® Japanese Gin
  • ¾ parts Sweet Vermouth
  • ¾ parts Campari
  • 1 tbsp St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur 

 

Preparation

Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with orange twist.
