CCD strives to engage a diverse group of highly qualified professionals to deliver these services and typically selects them through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process.

Request for Proposals: City Hall Façade Lighting Maintenance and Upgrades

The Center City District (CCD), Philadelphia, PA will be accepting proposals for upgrades and improvements to the City Hall façade lighting program in Philadelphia, PA. This original City Hall lighting Project was installed by the CCD in 20O3.

Improvements include but are not limited to, expansion of existing lighting arrays, construction of new systems on participating buildings and lighting to new LED façade lighting and expansion of arrays, removal of old light fixtures, installation of new fixtures additional wiring, testing/aiming of new lighting, commissioning and other services to support the new lighting system plan The CCD is seeking a contractor with the ability to oversee and install the entirety of the new lighting and including control systems. Light fixtures will be provided by others.
