Center City District is seeking a Director of Development to join our team to be responsible for the development and strategic implementation of the Center City District Foundation’s fundraising for planning studies, operating needs, and capital projects implemented by the Center City District (CCD). The Director will be responsible for foundation, government and corporate grant research and writing and for building and expanding over time a base of individual donors to supplement traditional grant opportunities. The Director will be responsible for managing grant research and writing and development (e.g. fundraising) activities and closely collaborate with the marketing, communications, finance and sales departments.

Under the guidance and expectations set by the VP of Operations and the Senior Director of the Community Service Representatives (CSRs) program, the Senior Manager for Training and Development assumes the lead role in coordinating and facilitating the training of both CSRs and other supervisors in the performance of their role as visible, welcoming and reassuring on-street presence, engaging those who work and live in Center City, as well as shoppers and tourists. Collectively, these efforts support the mission of the CCD to keep Center City clean, safe and attractive. The Senior Manager will work with other team leaders and CSRs to assure high quality point of contact public engagement as CSRs visit ground floor businesses and front-line office building staff in their assigned Service Areas and engage in place management problem-solving activities. The Senior Manager help train other team leaders who oversee CSRs and who publicly represent the CCD brand, share, timely and useful information about the public space management services of the Center City District, as well as reporting public safety concerns of residents and businesses, including those observed by CSRs.

Center City District is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Parks Facility Maintenance and Streetscape Manager. This position is a working manager position that will focus on the operation and maintenance of CCD’s high profile parks and streetscape amenities and lighting: Dilworth Park, Sister Cities Park, Collins Park, Cret Park and 255 city blocks which are the boundaries of the CCD. The overall work schedule requires a second shift and partial weekend shift . The individual will work with private property owners and others on fee-for-service projects that expand the inventory of streetscape improvements
