Center City retailers are joining CCD Sips this summer, with the launch of CCD Sips Style Guide presented by American Express. All summer, get discounts and tips from Sips Style Ambassadors.

This spring, CCD will celebrate Center City office employees with coffee giveaways and entertainment as they make their way into the office.

CCD is marking its 30th year of enhancing the vitality of downtown Philadelphia as a thriving 24-hour environment and a great place to live and work.

CCD and Mural Arts Philadelphia are pleased to announce a streetscape enhancement project to bring original works of art to a variety of downtown businesses that have been temporarily shuttered due to the current health crisis.

Center City District (CCD) has partnered with several of Philadelphia’s nationally recognized performing arts organizations to offer exclusive discounts on tickets during CCD’s Dinner and a Show promotion. From March 1 through May 31, attendees can purchase reduced price admission to performances hosted at select venues across Center City, with more than 35 shows to choose from.

CCD continues to provide accessible, outdoor programming for all ages with the return of summer events and amenities in CCD-managed parks.

This summer, CCD is launching Let’s Do Lunch, an exciting new dining initiative to support the vibrant lunchtime scene in Center City. Starting June 24 and continuing every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday through August 14, groups of two or more can take advantage of special two-course lunch deals at participating restaurants.

The 2023-2027 Plan and Budget for the CCD was unanimously approved by City Council and signed into law after being overwhelmingly approved by District property owners. The CCD's focus remains on ensuring a clean, safe, attractive, well-managed public environment for downtown Philadelphia.
