Beginning Wednesday, June 4 and continuing every Wednesday through August 27, dozens of bars and restaurants will take part in Philadelphia’s favorite happy hour tradition by offering exclusive discounts found only in Center City.

Philadelphia's post-pandemic recovery is at a critical juncture. Center City has recaptured 90% of foot traffic, and a residential population exceeding 2019 levels. But now, that progress is threatened by sweeping and drastic service cuts coupled with significant fare increases to balance SEPTA’s budget in the absence of additional state funding.

Adam Robinson will lead CCD’s team focused on expanding non-assessment revenue by forging strategic alliances with public and private sector stakeholders.

Seasonal transitions are underway across CCD managed parks, including the return of park fountains, refreshed landscaping and the Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink.

Following a successful launch in 2024, CCD is pleased to announce that Open Streets: West Walnut will return for each Sunday in April.
