Today at CPDC’s quarterly meeting, Center City District (CCD) released its annual State of Center City 2019, a data-driven compendium, organized by employment sector, that examines the latest trends in both in Center City and in the broader Philadelphia economy.
CCD has started construction on a new coffee kiosk at the southern end of Dilworth Park adjacent to 15th Street with the installation of foundations and plumbing lines. This follows approval by the city’s Historical Commissionand the Art Commission. The coffee kiosk will open in April.

Winter is coming, and the transformation of Dilworth Park into a holiday wonderland will soon be underway!
The Center City District Foundation (CCDF) is pleased to welcome 100 volunteers from Timberland to the Rail Park, where they will be working on a daylong service project this Friday, October 13, significantly advancing the park’s construction.
