Out with the old, in with the cold! Dilworth Park is ready to begin its annual wintertime transformation.
The Center City District (CCD) is providing this schedule update to the Rail Park project, regarding the 13th Street pedestrian bridge.
This edition of the CCD and CPDC quarterly newsletter includes: CCD President, Paul R. Levy's cover essay about economic recovery and the return to work, fall events in CCD parks, shopping, dining and entertainment promotions, CCD’s partnership with Project HOME, the Center City District Foundation, CCD/CPDC Reports and a recent CPDC hardhat tour.
Fall will soon sweep into Dilworth Park with the arrival of Octoberfest, the annual five-day festival taking place from Wednesday, October 17 to Sunday, October 21.
On May 14, 2020, CPDC hosted a virtual membership meeting. CCD President Paul R. Levy drew from the recently released annual report to highlight: the strengths that can help us in recovery, the challenges left unresolved before this crisis, how CCD has continued all on-street operations through and the new initiatives CCD is undertaking to build confidence in the public environment.
