Old-school cool returns to Dilworth Park this spring with the opening of the Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink! Beginning Friday, April 21 through Sunday, July 16, hour-long skate sessions will be available seven days a week. Center City District (CCD) is pleased to announce the return of the Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink at Dilworth Park, made possible by an extended 3-year title sponsorship commitment from the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute through 2024. To celebrate the ongoing partnership, ice rink patrons will receive one complimentary admission and skate rental pass to the roller rink during the final week of the winter season, which ends on February 27.
The return to shopping and dining will be slow and gradual, influenced by how well and consistently businesses address public concerns about public health and safety, as well as the City of Philadelphia’s flexibility in encouraging the expanded use of public space to accommodate seating and waiting lines, according to results of a new CCD survey of Philadelphia residents.
The CCD Foundation hosted 700 guests to benefit Center City Philadelphia's streetscape beautification, park programs, homeless outreach and more.
