CCD SIPS has redefined the happy hour scene in Philadelphia. This June 5 through August 28, more than 80 bars and restaurants will participate, with Dilworth Park, Cret Park and Sister Cities Park all included and offering an experience unlike the others.

For two decades, the fastest growing residential section of Philadelphia has been Greater Center City. In 2022, the downtown rebound was built on decades of success: At just 5.8% of the city’s land area, Greater Center City accounted for 48% of the city’s total supply of new housing units.

This winter Dilworth Park is holiday central. Rothman Institute Ice Rink and Cabin and the Philadelphia Holiday Market are back, plus the park will be turned into a Wintergarden with fun new attractions and programming.

As the weather cools down in Philadelphia, the fun heats up at CCD Parks. Center City District has plenty in store to celebrate autumn in the city.
