Mayor Kenney to Salute First Responders

Final Days to Ice Skate at Rothman Ice Rink

The Rothman Institute Ice Rink’s Salute to First Responders presented by GrubHub

Sunday, February 21
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Mayor Kenney scheduled to appear.

WHERE:  Dilworth Park, 1 S. 15th Street at City Hall.

WHAT:  A THANK YOU at the Rothman Rink at Dilworth Park for all first responders, police, fire, military personnel and other emergency responders who present their badge or active military ID.  The Center City District, in partnership with the Rothman Rink,* is offering free admission with skate rental for first-responders and three additional family members plus a 10% discount off menu items inside the Rothman Cabin.

The event is designed not only to thank first responders but also to welcome families with children. Police and fire vehicles will be on display along with crime and fire- prevention information. Plus, there will be free giveaways for kids, musical performances, and a special dining offer from GrubHub, just for First Responders.
