Center City District Restaurant Week Kicks off the New Year

13 days, 110 restaurants, 3 courses offered during bi-annual culinary event

Philadelphia, PA (December 2, 2019)- Center City District Restaurant Week, the twice-yearly culinary event savored by savvy Philadelphia foodies, returns January 12 through January 24, 2020 with more than 110 participating restaurants serving up a delicious variety of three-course dinners for $35 per person and many serving three-course lunches for $20 per person (excluding tax, gratuity, and alcohol).

Presented by Beam Suntory’s Roku Gin and Suntory Whisky Toki and supported by OpenTable, TD Bank, and The Met Philadelphia, Center City District Restaurant Week gives diners the limited-time opportunity to enjoy the city’s most-notable restaurants at discounted prices.

New restaurants for this season include The Prime Rib, Rouge and Sabroso + Sorbo. These newcomers will be joining perennial Restaurant Week favorites including The Capital Grille, Little Nonna’s, Harp + Crown, Sampan, High Street on Market and more (See full list below.)

Participating restaurants will highlight signature cocktails featuring Beam Suntory’s Roku Gin and Suntory Whisky Toki to complement their special Restaurant Week menus.

“Center City District’s winter Restaurant Week kicks off the New Year as  an eagerly anticipated tradition, offering diners the opportunity to discover new restaurants and revisit long-time favorites,” said Michelle Shannon, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Center City District. “This upcoming season is no different as Center City  continues to be on the forefront of Philadelphia’s booming food and beverage scene with nationally-recognized chefs and restaurants.”

Restaurant Week patrons have the opportunity to win dinner for a year, shopping, and a show. A grand prize winner will receive dinner once a week for a year at select Center City restaurants, plus a 4-pack of premium tickets to see Boys II Men on February 14, 2020 at The Met Philadelphia. This Restaurant Week patrons have another chance to be surprised & delighted as they dine. Center City District is partnering with TD Bank as part of their “Treat Me TD campaign.” Five Center City District Restaurant Week participants will be surprised with a $100 TD Bank Visa Gift Card as they dine during Restaurant Week. Visit participating restaurants for the chance at a surprise treat!

Restaurant Week patrons can park for $9 or less at participating Philadelphia Parking Association and Philadelphia Parking Authority facilities from 4:45 p.m. to 1 a.m. by presenting a voucher from participating restaurants. Visit ccdrestaurantweek.com for a list and map of locations.
