30 Years of Commitment  to Center City

This edition of the CCD and CPDC quarterly newsletter contains a picture gallery of the work of our staff keeping sidewalks clean and buildings graffiti free; stories about the remarkable things our CSRs do every day of the week to assist pedestrians downtown; and our work in partnership with Project Home to connect those living on the street with services and shelter. To assist with recovery we are programming our parks with events that appeal to a diverse audience, promoting shopping, dinner and the return to work and are launching a new effort in these challenging times to attract new office tenants to Center City.

The full revival of economic activity and vitality depends not only on everyone getting vaccinated, but also on confidence in a public environment that is clean, safe and attractive. CCD’s on-street teams have worked year-round to achieve that result. As office workers and visitors continue to return to the downtown, our founding mission from 30 years ago is even more essential than ever.
