La Colombe

La Colombe is a specialty coffee roaster and retailer headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Co-founders Todd Carmichael and JP Ilberti started La Colombe to bring better coffee to more Americans through ethical trade and environmentally mindful business practices. Since 1994, La Colombe has been roasting and serving signature blends and single-origin coffees in cafes across the country in cities including Philadelphia, New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, Boston, and Los Angeles.

The urban-industrial cafes feature signature cornerstone blends and seasonal single-origin coffees on drip, espresso and pourover in addition to tea, light snacks and pastries. Cold brew and La Colombe’s signature Draft Latte are offered on tap. For the perfect mix, try the Pure Black & Tan- half Draft Latte, half cold brew.

Stop by any of La Colombe’s three Center City cafés at City Hall, Independence Mall or Rittenhouse for the perfect cup.
