Tselaine is a local Rittenhouse boutique that sells jewelry, purses, hats, accessories and more on the corner of 20th and Walnut Streets.  Owner Elaine Tse left the world of finance in 2002 to pursue her passion for handmade, semi-precious jewelry and has since created several lines of delicate, feminine pieces in her Old City studio. Tse’s popular branch collection features gold and silver wires woven to evoke flowers, leaves and tree limbs. Other pieces include necklaces, bracelets, tiaras and earrings embellished with translucent floral-colored beads, freshwater pearls and crystals.
