Shake Shack

Find burgers, fries and more at Danny Meyer’s modern burger stand. Shake Shack opened its first Philadelphia address in 2012 with a classic American menu of premium 100% Angus beef burgers, flat-top Vienna hot dogs, crinkle cut fries, and frozen custard.

A second Center City address opened in October 2018 on the ground floor of the White Building. The 3,600-square-foot space on the southeast corner of 12th and Chestnut Streets is one block away from the upcoming East Market and Fashion District Philadelphia developments in Center City East.

The first Center City Shake Shack location in Rittenhouse Row features reclaimed brick floors from old Pennsylvania steel mills and wooden furniture and walls certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Join the Shack Track & Field free community fitness club for a cycling group ride on the first Saturday of every month.
