Spring and summer programming begins at Sister Cities Park this month with the return of Parkway Pals presented by Independence Blue Cross! Center City District (CCD) will continue to offer the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink and Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin through February 27 and the Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn presented by TD Bank will remain open until April 3. A full calendar of free events is planned for guests of all ages.
