Center City District continues to provide year-round activities in Dilworth Park as free arts and culture programming extends into the fall with support from PNC Bank. Returning events include Live @ Lunch presented by PNC, which begins on Wednesday, September 7 and continues every Wednesday and Thursday through October 13, and The Arts on Center Stage Encore, which will be hosted on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings from September 1 through September 14. Attendance is free for everyone.
President & CEO Prema Katari Gupta's essay, Mythbusting Through the Power of Data and Placemaking, highlights the recently released State of Center City, which reflects CCD’s organizational vision and also dispels narratives about Center City’s safety and crime by way of rigorous statistical analysis.
Beginning Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11, Dilworth Park will celebrate the attractions of autumn during Harvest Weekend presented by Maker’s Mark. Visitors will be able to safely enjoy a variety of live entertainment, seasonal dishes and interactive décor-all in accord with City, State and CDC guidelines.
