Kids are invited to embrace their silly side as live entertainers offer unique programs. 

Set Sail at Sister Cities Park! Families can use available materials to build and sail their own Seaworthy Crafts. The PopUpPlay team will support you and your kids as we build small boats that our community of rubber ducks can use to float down the park stream and into the pond.
