Through Corporate Partnerships, Center City District can create unique and customized branding opportunities that are also cost effective in order to meet your organization’s goals and objectives.  Organizations can maximize their marketing dollars by combining resources for a banner campaign with a multi-level sponsorship program or with multiple events and programs across the Center City District platforms and public spaces. Whether collaborating with an agency for a client or working directly with a variety of industries to reach consumers or engage employees, Center City District can provide the metrics to evaluate opportunities and proven results to measure the return on investment. Dilworth Park

Dilworth Park is Philadelphia's center stage for great programs and events throughout the year. With over 11 million visitors annually, the park is located directly adjacent to Philadelphia’s City Hall. Designed as a high-quality gateway to public transit and as a civic place with on-going programming, amenities, and activities. Exclusive only to Corporate partners and brands, benefits include branding on light pole banners or digital screens inside the park.

During warmer months, programs include a healthy message like pop-up fitness, concerts and happy hours attract the office worker. In addition to these programs, the fountain at Dilworth Park and the Greenfield lawn are amenities that attract more than 30,000 pedestrians in Dilworth Park on weekdays during the spring and summer months. Winter in Dilworth Park 2016-2017 saw record crowds and an average attendance of more than 37,500 pedestrians per weekend day, with 60,000 paid skaters for the third season of the Rothman Ice Rink. The Wintergarden, with its twinkling lights and decorated topiaries, attracts visitors during the winter season.

Sister Cities Park

Sister Cities Park has become a highly successful, multi-generational park, attracting families with children, seniors, office workers and visitors from nearby cultural institutions. More than 20,000 residents and 117,000 jobs are within a 10-minute walk of this family friendly park.

With the 12,000 school age children living within Greater Center City, the park hosts youth literacy, art, and environmental programming all summer long in partnership with nearby cultural and civic institutions.  On warm summer evenings, families spread their blankets to enjoy Pairings on the Parkway with a BYO bottle of wine and BBQ menu at Sister Cities Café. During the winter months, the wading pond turns into an Imagination Playground and the café hosts Brunch with Santa featuring carriage rides around the park.
