Ashley Scott, hailing from the vibrant musical city of Philadelphia, PA, stands as a powerhouse vocalist celebrated for his globally chart-topping singles. Ashley’s musical journey began at the age of 3, under the influence of his aunt Helen Scott of The Three Degrees and The Delfonics, shaping his destiny as a genre-defying artist.
A pivotal chapter in Ashley’s life unfolded at Howard University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music. Immerse in the world of jazz voice, he studied under legends like Grady Tate, Kehembe Eichelberger, and the late Webster Lewis. Ashley’s talents were showcased in the Howard University Gospel Choir, where he performed alongside gospel greats Edwin and Walter Hawkins, as well as Dorinda Clark of The Clark Sisters. The choir’s notable appearances include a performance for President Bill Clinton at The Department of Agriculture.
