FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prix-Fixe Indoor, Outdoor & Takeout Dining at Center City’s Best Eateries

Philadelphia, PA (August 10, 2021) – Center City is filled with some of Philadelphia’s most diverse, and delicious, culinary venues. This fall, Center City District Restaurant Week will celebrate those restaurants with a 13-day promotion of prix-fixe dining. Beginning Saturday, September 18 through Thursday, September 30, residents, workers and visitors are welcomed back to their favorite places with more than 60 options to choose from.

To support restaurant recovery, prices have increased slightly, bringing three-course dinners to $40 per person, and lunches at participating locations to $25 per person. Tax, gratuity, and beverages are not included. CCD also continues to recommend that patrons tip generously. Menu and reservation information for participating locations can be found at ccdrestaurantweek.com.

Guests have the option to dine indoors or outdoors, and can take advantage of takeout by enjoying their meals at home, or by picnicking in a nearby public space. Some options include Rittenhouse Square, Dilworth Park and John F. Collins Park.

This season, adults 21 and older can also enjoy cocktails made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Hornitos Tequila that complement the specialty Restaurant Week menus. Patrons have the opportunity to win dinner for a year by entering at ccdrestaurantweek.com

Discounted parking will be offered to Restaurant Week diners for $9 or less at participating Interpark, Parkway, Philadelphia Parking Authority or LAZ garages. Guests are encouraged to plan their transportation arrangements when making dinner reservations, or plan to access a digital parking voucher at ccdrestaurantweek.com. Restaurants will no longer provide tear-off parking vouchers on check inserts.

“As Center City continues to safely reopen, we look forward to welcoming back workers, regional and city residents to our restaurants,” said Michelle Shannon, Vice President of Marketing for Center City District. “For those who have not yet enjoyed our vibrant, yet socially distanced, streeteries, it's a chance to come back to your favorite restaurants or try something new. We encourage guests to support our servers by tipping them generously.”
