In the September 2016 issue of WWD, the fashion industry journal takes a look at Philadelphia's burgeoning retail scene in an article titled "Philadelphia Rising."

 "In the last five years, Philadelphia has exploded with retail and residential development, so much so that it's hard to keep track of the multitude of cranes that fill the Center City sky. By 2018, more than 2.8 million square feet of retail will be added to the city."
