Santa Claus is Comin' to Town on SEPTA! The SEPTA Santa Express returns for its 32nd year on Friday, November 24 to kick-off the holiday season in Center City, Philadelphia! Join SEPTA and Center City District at 11AM for a fun-filled holiday celebration to welcome Santa Claus to Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink at Dilworth Park! Stay and skate with Santa (til noon) and shop for gifts at the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market!
