Today's program: Trick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt
This not-so-scary Halloween celebration will feature a scavenger hunt (complete with a candy treat), free pumpkin painting, spooky story time with the Free Library of Philadelphia and a special circus arts performance. Everyone in attendance will be invited to participate in a costume parade through the park. Dressing up is encouraged!
