Come and learn some boxing basics with a professional instructor from Optimal 1315 Walnut. You'll get a great workout in this class that combines bodyweight exercises and boxing combinations.
Please arrive early to fill out a waiver, which can be accessed via a personal smartphone. Tablets will be available if a smartphone is inaccessible. There will be no bag check.
