PNC presents LIVE @ LUNCH concerts feature Philadelphia favorites

PHILADELPHIA (September 5, 2017) – Center City District is pleased to bring back a crowd favorite with midday, midweek entertainment.

Starting Wednesday, September 6, the popular lunchtime concert series PNC presents Live @ Lunch returns to Dilworth Park as part of a series of free events produced by the Center City District. Philadelphia’s center stage shines with a showcase of musical and performing arts on Wednesdays from Noon to 1:30 p.m. through October 18. The concert series is back after taking a break in August.

“Hosted just a short walk from our regional headquarters, we can think of few better ways to join in bringing the community together than the PNC presents Live @ Lunch series of performances,” said Joe Meterchick, PNC Bank regional president for Philadelphia, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. “The return of PNC presents Live @ Lunch at Dilworth Park brings with it the opportunity for all of us to enjoy the park, as well as the sights, sounds and taste of Fall. We look forward to joining everyone at the park throughout the season.”

On September 6, PNC will bring the PNC Prize Vault, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. where consumers can take a try at cracking the 4-digit code to open the vault and win a prize. Giveaways will be a surprise to those who win! Every other week, Stop by the PNC booth during Live@Lunch to see how PNC can serve your banking needs and for a chance to get a $10 PNC Bank gift card (first five people) when you show the weekly @CCDParks Twitter post.

September 20, noon – 5 p.m. is a special Neighborhood Arts Celebration supported by PNC. Celebrate the third anniversary of Dilworth Park with special performances by arts groups from across Philadelphia. Groups from the city’s neighborhoods will come together at Dilworth Park at City Hall to showcase their talents. From 5 – 7 p.m., celebrate after work with cocktails and cold beers, a special happy hour outside at the Dilworth Park Café and Air Grille.
