Located on the corner of South 21st and Rittenhouse Streets, Friday Saturday Sunday is a classic Philadelphia restaurant reimagined. Friday Saturday Sunday made its debut in 1973 under Weaver and Jamie Lilley and remained an essential neighborhood eatery for 42 years. The longtime owners sold the restaurant to Chad and Hanna Williams in August 2015- the Garces veterans reintroduced Friday Saturday Sunday in early December 2016 with a fresh feel and New American fare.
A bright 14-seat marble bar welcomes you on the first floor, while a chic dining room filled with candlelit tables and a wall of beautiful landscape murals awaits you on the second.
Chef/owner Chad Williams helms the kitchen with a menu of raw bar items, inventive pastas and mains with a sizable vegetable section. Paul McDonald, formerly of a.Bar, confidently pours creative cocktails and Tish Smith crafts sophisticated desserts like labneh panna cotta with grapefruit, vanilla and coriander.
