Center City is the place for holiday shopping. Not the mall. Not the outlets. The city. During four Saturdays in November and December, duck into the unique stores and boutiques that only Philly has to offer, and be a part of the holiday spirit exclusively found downtown.

Each Saturday, you'll find our special Shopping Saturday team in a different neighborhood from 12-2PM, handing out hot chocolate, shopping bags and offering you a chance to enter to win a $500 Center City shopping spree.

• November 26: Midtown Village, 13th & Chestnut Streets . Also celebrating Small Business Saturday, a day for shoppers to support local, independently owned small businesses.
• December 3: The Shops at Liberty Place, 16th & Chestnut Streets
• December 10: The Gallery at Market East, 9th & Market Streets
• December 17: Rittenhouse Row, 18th & Walnut Streets

Parking
While you are shopping take advantage of FREE and discounted parking city-wide. Every Saturday after 11AM from November 26-December 31 “metered" on-street parking will be free.

Also every Saturday 11AM-5PM from November 26-December 31 the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) is offering parking for $8 or less at select PPA facilities. Please note that if you enter the parking facility before 11AM or exit after 5PM, you will be charged the current posted rate. Below is a list of participating Philadelphia Parking Authority facilities:
