More than 250,000 People Attended Center City District Restaurant Week
January 2017's was the most successful Restaurant Week in the promotion’s 14-year history. The 130 restaurants that participated generated $12.8 million in revenue.
New report shows 185,000 residents, 300,000 workers, 3.1 million occupied hotel room nights and more than 117,000 college students generate more than $1 billion in annual retail demand for Center City Philadelphia.
The Center City District (CCD) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant of $3.5 million from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which should enable the CCD to begin construction this fall on the Viaduct Rail Park.
