Get fit at Center City's most dynamic fitness center!
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting April 5, Dilworth Park is hosting a variety of free sports and fitness programs, thanks to the generous support of the Rothman Institute and Jefferson Health. From yoga to Zumba, this program is designed to get everyone informed and in shape. Spring Training at Dilworth Park, programmed by Optimal Sport Health Clubs, provides a convenient opportunity to get healthy at lunchtime or after work. Visit DilworthPark.org for details.

Tuesdays, 6pm
Boot Camp

Push the physical limits of your body with these total body workouts. Each week, meet up with top-notch trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs, who have their own high intensity approaches to whip you into shape.

Thursdays, Noon
Yoga

Take a moment to breathe, relax and quiet your mind midday while building up muscle, strength and balance. Be sure to bring your own mat. Presented by Optimal Sport Health Clubs.

Wednesdays, 6:30pm
City Fit Girls Running Club

Each and every Wednesday, lace-up your running shoes and join a host of Philly runners for a 3-mile trek through Center City. City Fit Girls is an all-levels fitness and run group for active women who live and work in the city. CFG meets at the Dilworth Park information center.

Thursdays, 6pm
Zumba
Zumba lets you get your body going with this all out, super calorie-burning dance party set to Latin and pop music hits. Presented by Optimal Sport Health Clubs.

April 30, 11am-3pm
World Tai Chi Day

Join Master Jingshan Tang and his students from the Oriental Fitness Institute in celebration of World Tai Chi/QiGong Day! On April 30, Philadelphia will take part in this global event at Dilworth Park. Master Tang will lead group workshops and demonstrations in QiGong and several Tai Chi styles. All are welcome to participate in this free event!

John F. Collins Park

John F. Collins Park is a small quiet oasis off busy Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. It's a relaxing spot for lunch, reading, or just enjoying a beautiful day. Through the generosity of the William Penn Foundation, the Center City District has restored the park's fountain, benches, landscaping and lighting. John F.
