Philadelphia premiere of Beautiful Something
The qFLIX new media film festival kicks off on July 7 at 7:30pm, with a red carpet premiere of Beautiful Something. The film was shot entirely in Philadelphia and directed by local filmmaker/screenwriter Joseph Graham. Beautiful Something will be screened at the Perelman Theater, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, supported, in part, by the Wyncote Foundation. Philadelphian industry veteran Kelly Burkhardt serves as executive producer.

Sittin' In is the free, monthly jam session at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. Arden Theatre Kids' Comedy Camp
Is your kid hilarious? From August 17-21, campers will get a crash course in sketch comedy and improv, and take their sense of humor to the next level! First graders through fifth graders will spend every day performing short form improv scenes as well as learning how to create ensemble sketches. At the end of the week, campers will present a showcase of their work. Arden Theatre’s kids camps are located at the Hamilton Family Arts Center, 62 North 2nd Street.
