Development Manager
The Development Manager is responsible for providing strategic support and high-level implementation of the Center City District Foundation’s fundraising projects. Development Relationship Coordinator
The position is responsible for providing support and coordination for multiple organizations. For CPDC this entails being responsible for the overall administration of the organization, including management of the logistical needs for CPDC membership and prospecting, contributions and invoicing, and coordination of all CPDC committee meetings and programming. Duties for Planning & Development involve: database management, preparing correspondence, reports, and mailings, events coordination, managing special projects, assisting with preparing presentations, and calendar management. For CCDF, this position tracks and manages information regarding prospects, helps research prospects, ensures all board member information is accurate and up to date, prepares board packets and takes/prepares minutes for board meetings. Additionally, this position helps with executing fundraising activities/events. Community Service Representatives - 3-11 p.m. Shift
Community Service Representatives (CSRs) function as goodwill ambassadors for the Center City area, and serve as the “eyes and ears” of the Philadelphia Police Department. Part-Time Events Staff
The Center City District is seeking individuals to assist with the physical aspects of set-up and breakdown of events such as moving outside furniture (tables, chairs, etc.); perform various tasks as they relate to events; and provide customer service during events. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to working an event under the direct supervision of a fulltime CCD employee and working on streetscape and parks projects as needed.
